What's your return policy?

If you're not happy with your purchase, we’ll figure it out together. You can return your items or have them refunded within 30 days of receiving them. Returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please contact us with the methods above.

How long will it take to receive my items?

Our products generally arrive within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number to track the shipment in your email. If you have not received your product within a month, please contact us as soon as possible.

My items aren't here and its been a while, what can I do?

Please make sure you have given us the correct address, making sure you have given the correct apartment no. and zip-code.

No matter what, you may reach out to us. We will try our best to resolve any issues with shipping, and if necessary, we will issue a full refund.

The quality of the product is not as expected.

Issues in-transit, though very rare, may result in degradation of the product. Along with that, please ensure you clean the item properly. If an item requires following specific instructions to wash, it will be listed in the description.

Regardless, remember that you may always contact us for a full refund if you are unhappy with the build/materials of the product.
